1. Services & Appointments

All bookings, consultations, and services are subject to availability. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to the service cost. Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24-hour notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

2. Pricing & Payments

All service prices, including traditional sew-ins, closure sew-ins, and quick weaves, are subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation. Payments are accepted through Apple Pay, Zelle, and other specified methods.

3. Consultations

We offer 10-minute free consultations via phone or in person to discuss your hair goals, texture, and desired look. These consultations provide expert advice tailored to your individual needs.

4. Health & Safety

Platinum Luxe is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all clients. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities to hair products before your service.

5. Liability

Platinum Luxe is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow aftercare recommendations or the misuse of products. Results may vary based on individual hair characteristics, and we are not liable for dissatisfaction resulting from such variances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, and media on Platinum Luxe platforms, is the property of Platinum Luxe and may not be used without prior permission.

7. Changes to Terms

Platinum Luxe reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any revised terms.
